Returns can be made only if you sale again your product. 

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale:

– Items purchased from a particular seller are not refundable or exchangeable. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer you the opportunity to re-sell your purchase, without commission. The item will be re-sold at the purchase price and only a processing fee will be deducted.

Open a vendor account and send the clothes to us in the next 5 working days.

NOTE! You as the customer has the financial responsibility for your shipment . Please note the package ID or send us the tracking number by email or whatsapp

How to handle your return:

Open a vendor account and send the clothes to us in the next 5 working days.

• Register your return.

• Pack the products carefully and seal the return package.

After quality control we will put clothes on sale again on your account.
